IP Radar, Inc. is a Delaware corporation that provides an AI-powered intellectual property monitoring and enforcement platform. We help brand owners and rights holders detect counterfeit and copycat products across e-commerce marketplaces and generate enforcement correspondence such as DMCA takedown notices and cease-and-desist letters.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account registration: name, email address, company name, password.
- Billing information: credit card or payment method details (processed by Stripe; we do not store raw card data).
- Product submissions: product URLs and any product information you enter into the platform.
- IP ownership details: trademark registrations, patent numbers, copyright information, and related IP documentation you upload or enter.
- Legal correspondence: the content of any cease-and-desist letters or DMCA notices you draft or send through the platform.
- Support communications: messages you send to our team.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, search queries, workflow activity, and interaction timestamps.
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URL, and error logs.

- Public product data: scraped product listings, images, prices, and seller information from third-party marketplaces and websites as part of our detection workflows.
- Payment processors: Stripe may share transaction metadata with us.

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and subscription.
- Run our AI-powered product matching and infringement detection workflows.
- Generate DMCA takedown notices and cease-and-desist letter drafts at your direction.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Send transactional emails including workflow completion notifications, invoice receipts, and account alerts.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve, debug, and develop our Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

- Service providers: We share data with vendors who help us operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (AI analysis), Firecrawl (web scraping), Upstash (workflow processing), and hosting providers. These parties are contractually required to protect your data.

- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity.

5. Data Retention

After account closure, we retain certain records for up to 7 years for legal, tax, and compliance purposes. Product scan data and legal correspondence drafts may be retained to comply with applicable intellectual property law record-keeping obligations. 6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive fields, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
